Zack knew he wanted to be part of Royal Food Products after doing a college internship at the Indianapolis plant.
During that summer he worked on tracking efficiencies in the manufacturing process and downtimes.
Upon graduating with a degree in packaging technologies, Zack was sought by prominent firms but chose to work at Royal.
"I saw a future with Royal," he said. "They were on the verge of growing into a great company."
As an operations supervisor, Zack is helping to shape a team-focused approach to the manufacturing process.
"Our strengths are customer service, quality and attention to details."
While Zack describes himself as a "ranch man," his absolute favorite product is a thousand island dressing made specially for a popular national restaurant chain's patty melt.
