Erika came to Royal less than a year ago after taking care of her family for over 15 years.
Being new to food manufacturing didn't stop her from jumping right in with the help of her co-workers.
"At first it was kind of scary, but everybody made you feel so welcomed," she said. "No one leaves another person without help."
Not only did she learn the work environment, she also learned how to do things the "Royal" way.
"Everyone I've worked with has been pretty persistent about making sure things are the way they need to be for the customer."
Erika enjoys her job. "I love it here. It's not like coming to work for me," she says.
